Return Policy

Books purchased from jainstationery.com are eligible for return only if, the product you have received is ‘Damaged’ OR ‘Defective’ OR ‘Not as described or shown in website while placing the order’.

  • Return request made outside the specified time frame i.e., 3 Business Days after receiving the order are not eligible for return.
  • To be eligible for full return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The item must be in the original packaging & needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The customer will receive the refund for the shipping charges also, if the return is a result of our error.
  • “Medical Notes & Stationery Products” once sold will not be returned or exchanged in any case.
  • Customers are requested to accept the conditions placed by us before proceeding with the return.


Kindly provide us with the following details to process the Return Request at our end.

  • Contact us through mail and provide Order ID details.
  • Customer Support will confirm the request and will inform you about the process.
  • Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase


Refund Policy

Books that are purchased online from jainstationery.com can be refunded subject to certain conditions.

  • jainstationery.com penalizes the customer for the delivery and processing charges incurred upon for the fulfillment of the order.
  • If you paid via a prepayment mode (credit card, debit card or net banking or other legal electronic payment mode), then your entire order amount will be refunded excluding 2.5% payment gateway charges (if any).
  • Time needed for Refund: 6 to 8 business days; once the return/cancellation request is processed.
  • The customer will be informed via e-mail about the refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
  • This is applicable to the items that are returned to the store without receiving them. Items can be returned if they are in the original condition.
  • The customer will obtain the refund in the same form of payment used to purchase the books by the customer, within 10 days of our receiving the returns depending upon the card issuer’s policy.
